1Who we are
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the LinkX Career website and services, including our Job Counselling & Placement Support path and our 3-Month Digital Marketing Internship path (together, the "Services"). By using our website, submitting an application, or making a payment to us, you agree to these Terms.
2Our services
We currently offer two paths:
- Path 01 — Placement Support: counselling and job-search support for a one-time service fee of ₹999.
- Path 02 — 3-Month Internship: a paid digital marketing internship with a one-time enrollment fee of ₹500, covering training material, mentorship, and certification, plus a ₹4,000/month stipend paid separately during the internship.
We provide counselling, training, mentorship, and placement assistance. We do not guarantee a job offer or a specific outcome — final hiring decisions always belong to the hiring company, not to us.
3Fees and payment
No payment is required simply to apply. For Path 01, our fee is confirmed on a counselling call, before your batch starts. For Path 02, the ₹500 enrollment fee is confirmed on a call, before your batch starts. Fees are payable only through the payment methods we share with you directly.
Both fees are non-refundable once the relevant service has begun — that is, once your counselling process or your internship batch has started.
4Eligibility and your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information (such as your name, phone number, email, city, and target role/industry) when applying. You're responsible for attending scheduled calls, sessions, and submitting required work on time. We may decline or discontinue a service if information provided is false or misleading.
5No guarantee of employment
We train and place candidates for the industry generally, not on the promise of a specific company or role. We cannot and do not promise a job offer, as that decision always rests with the hiring organization.
6For companies
If you're a company engaging us to source or hire candidates, the details you submit through our company enquiry form (company name, contact person, phone/email) are used only to get in touch with you about a possible hiring partnership.
7Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design, and training material — belongs to LinkX Career and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without our written permission.
8Limitation of liability
We provide our Services on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our Services, including delays in placement or changes in a hiring company's decision.
9Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
10Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
