3Response times
We aim to respond to support emails within 1–2 business days. For Path 01 (Placement Support), we call you within 10 days of applying to begin counselling. For urgent issues related to an ongoing internship batch, please mention "Urgent" in your email subject line.
4Fee and payment support
No payment is required simply to apply. If a fee has been confirmed on your counselling call, we'll share the payment method directly with you. If you believe you've been charged incorrectly, or a payment hasn't been reflected, contact us with your payment reference and we'll look into it.
As set out in our Terms & Conditions, both the ₹999 placement service fee and the ₹500 internship enrollment fee are non-refundable once the relevant service has begun.
5Escalations
If your query hasn't been resolved by our first response, reply to the same email thread and ask for it to be escalated. We'll have a senior team member review it.
6Changes to this policy
We may update this Support Policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we offer support. The latest version will always be available on this page.
